THE TRAVEL VIEW TOURS is committed to providing quality travel services and ensuring transparency regarding cancellations, amendments, and refunds. By confirming a booking and making payment, the customer agrees to the following refund and cancellation terms and conditions.

Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

Bank transfer fees, credit card processing fees, PayPal fees, and other transaction charges are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Tours, Packages & Hotel-Inclusive Programs

Certain hotels, transportation providers, attractions, or special event tickets may have stricter cancellation policies. In such cases, the supplier's cancellation policy shall apply.
3. No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided in the following situations:
- Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point.
- Late arrival resulting in missed services.
- Failure to provide required travel documents.
- Voluntary withdrawal from the tour after commencement.
- Unused services during the tour.
4. Amendments and Changes
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
The company will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, amendment fees may apply, including:
- Hotel amendment charges.
- Transportation amendment charges.
- Attraction ticket amendment charges.
- Administrative fees.
Price differences resulting from modifications must be paid by the customer.
5. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
No refund shall be granted for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Storms
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Strikes
- Airport closures
- Transportation disruptions
Where possible, THE TRAVEL VIEW TOURS will assist customers in obtaining credits, rescheduling services, or negotiating with suppliers.
6. Cancellation by THE TRAVEL VIEW TOURS
THE TRAVEL VIEW TOURS reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to:
- Safety concerns
- Severe weather conditions
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Supplier operational issues
- Government regulations
In such cases, customers will be offered one of the following:
- Alternative tour arrangements
- Rescheduling to another date
- Travel credit
- Full refund for services not provided
The company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 7 – 14 business days for domestic bank transfers.
- 14 – 30 business days for international bank transfers, credit card payments, or PayPal transactions.
The actual time may vary depending on the financial institution involved.
8. Non-Refundable Services

- Festival tickets
- Attraction entrance fees already issued

- Visa fees
- Administrative fees

9. Group Bookings
For group bookings, charter services, educational tours, corporate events, MICE groups, and incentive groups:
- Deposit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Cancellation terms shall follow the signed quotation, service agreement, or contract.
- Supplier-specific cancellation charges may apply.
